Cherry Picking
During the summer harvest, CherryHill Orchards opens its gates for the much-loved cherry-picking season. Visitors are invited to pick their own premium cherries straight from the tree in a scenic orchard setting. Perfect for all ages, the experience includes all-you-can-eat cherries whilst picking, access to picnic areas, and a farmgate shop filled with cherry treats and local produce. It's a hands-on, flavour-packed day out that captures the best of the Yarra Valley's food and summer.
With two orchards open to the public in the Yarra Valley, CherryHill invites guests to pick their own cherries from early November through to early January. The perfect day trip or weekend away, just one hour from Melbourne's CBD and a wonderful way to immerse yourself in an authentic Australian fruit picking experience.

Blossom Festival
Every spring, CherryHill Orchards comes alive with the Blossom Festival, a beautiful celebration of cherry blossom season in the heart of the Yarra Valley. As the cherry trees bloom with delicate white cherry blossoms, guests are invited to witness the ever-changing landscape of the orchard, creating a stunning natural backdrop for picnics and to wander through the blooms at your own pace. With live acoustic music daily, you can enjoy the beauty of nature within a fun festival atmosphere.Â
Families with young children won't want to miss the Kids Hub, alive with face painting, a scavenger hunt, and a range of activities designed to keep little ones entertained.Â

Bloom & Graze
As a celebration of the beginning of Spring, visitors are invited to come along to CherryHill as our trees move from dormancy to budding blossoms. Enjoy a vibrant weekend of local food, wine, makers and producers, all showcasing the very best of the Yarra Valley. Wander through artisan market stalls, savour seasonal eats, sip regional wines, and take part in free interactive demonstrations, all set amongst the beautiful backdrop of CherryHill Orchards in Spring.Â
There will be live acoustic music, many delicious food offerings on-site, as well as CherryHill’s famous cherry ice cream, beverages, and cherry-inspired farmgate store. With a vast open picnic area, it’s a great day out for all ages. Gather your friends and family and experience the flavours, creativity and charm of the region in one unforgettable spring weekend.
